I have a new iPod I have 2 toutch Buti own an iPod to songs on my i pod back, so how can the same songs on my i pod toutch iPod without erasing all the songs on my iPod as on other files, and library?

Copy your iPod songs to the new CD, you will synchronize with the old library and click on "sync and erase", then simply download the CD from the new iPod to the library.
