Is an Air Compressor with 19 gal. tank, enough to blow-out sprinkler system for winterization? - blowing out sprinkler lines
A salesman told me it must have a minimum of 26 gallons. Tank.
I have 7 stations on my system. Thank you!

Blow an irrigation system requires a low-pressure compressor, high volume. I doubt that a unit of 19 gallons to do the job. Best is a division of Rent 1 / 2 days to connect to your system and implement areas for each 5 minutes. I ran the cycle at least twice to ensure that all water from the tap. The money spent to do the job now, you save time and money to replace next spring to pipes and sprinklers.
Whisper of the sprinkler system in which the work each year, a business unit. You do not make the volume and style compressor tank a good job, a sufficient quantity of air to do the work.
The tank size should not matter. Where there is enough PSI. A small tank will only run the compressor to do more.
